Its 3:26.
I just finished hanging out with alex, listened to alot of matt good and a bunch of random metalcore from the year 2003 hah,
Quick update.
We had to cancel our Ontario/Quebec tour with Right Before The Rise this month, a bunch of different stuff went down and we found ourselves unable to attend! That being said those boys are still doing the tour so go see them, great band and great dudes.
We are still playing Kemptville and The Secret ones at Steves place! So come jam out with us at Maplewood. you guys know where it is, and we are playing with so many sweet bands!!!
We also have tickets to the Cancer Bats/The Chariot show. That show is November 22nd at Ritual, hit any of us up for tickets, I'm pretty sure we have a few of them left! AND WE WANT OUR OHC FAM THERE!!!
We are also heading down to Windsor on the 26th of November to play with our Boys in HELLRAISER and a wicked band from Michigan called Brothers! IF your from that area come party! we like to party:D
Also thanks to everyone who came out to GATINEAU and CORNWALL last weekend, had such a blast with everyone! couldnt of asked for a better weekend with our friends!!!

FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED FEST/KEMPTVILLE
We dont post here ever, i really wanted to make an effort to start writing stuff down and kinda start to utilizing this thing,
Last weekend was amazing, Ended our Cross Canada tour that we had all sorts a trouble with. Even with all the shit our bands had to deal with, I wouldn't change any of it. My way of looking at it is that if we could make it through this wacky summer we could do anything as a band and as friends for that matter.
We played Kemptville on Friday with literally all our friends from the Ottawa/Gatineau area. Done Deal was absolutely amazing, It was their first show and they rocked it hard, Solid kids. Then TNA stepped up, the single most heaviest band ive heard in a while, Think Twice<3 ruled hard like usual and then Substance was just... Substance.. :)
Thanks lance crowder for putting on the sickest homecoming show man!
The Saturday was our last date on the tour, The Finish What You Started Fest. SKA JEFF is the master, put on a wicked show for a wicked cause, One of the sweetest dudes and he put on one of the best shows Ive been to in a while, One of the only dudes i know still putting on shows for all the right reasons.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped us and Substance this summer.
And to all the 613 & 819 kids that made coming home fucking amazing!
